1 Samuel 20:6

SV	Indien uw vader mij gewisselijk mist, zo zult gij zeggen: David heeft van mij zeer begeerd, dat hij tot zijn stad Bethlehem mocht lopen; want aldaar is een jaarlijks offer voor het ganse geslacht.
WLC	אִם־פָּקֹ֥ד יִפְקְדֵ֖נִי אָבִ֑יךָ וְאָמַרְתָּ֗ נִשְׁאֹל֩ נִשְׁאַ֨ל מִמֶּ֤נִּי דָוִד֙ לָרוּץ֙ בֵּֽית־לֶ֣חֶם עִירֹ֔ו כִּ֣י זֶ֧בַח הַיָּמִ֛ים שָׁ֖ם לְכָל־הַמִּשְׁפָּחָֽה׃
Trans.	’im-pāqōḏ yifəqəḏēnî ’āḇîḵā wə’āmarətā nišə’ōl nišə’al mimmennî ḏāwiḏ lārûṣ bêṯ-leḥem ‘îrwō kî zeḇ^aḥ hayyāmîm šām ləḵāl-hammišəpāḥâ:

AC	ו אם פקד יפקדני אביך ואמרת נשאל נשאל ממני דוד לרוץ בית לחם עירו--כי זבח הימים שם לכל המשפחה
ASV	If thy father miss me at all, then say, David earnestly asked leave of me that he might run to Beth-lehem his city; for it is the yearly sacrifice there for all the family.
BE	And if your father takes note of the fact that I am away, say, David made a request to me for himself that he might go to Beth-lehem, to his town: for it is the time when his family make their offering year by year.
Darby	If thy father should actually miss me, then say, David earnestly asked leave of me that he might run to Bethlehem his city; for there is a yearly sacrifice there for all the family.
ELB05	Wenn dein Vater mich etwa vermissen sollte, so sage: David hat sich's dringend von mir erbeten, nach Bethlehem, seiner Stadt, zu laufen; denn daselbst ist das Jahresopfer für die ganze Familie.
LSG	Si ton père remarque mon absence, tu diras: David m'a prié de lui laisser faire une course à Bethléhem, sa ville, parce qu'il y a pour toute la famille un sacrifice annuel.
Sch	Sollte mich aber dein Vater vermissen, so sprich: David bat mich sehr, nach Bethlehem in seine Stadt eilen zu dürfen, weil dort das jährliche Opfer stattfindet für das ganze Geschlecht.
